Small tweak to Spring Bat damage numbers to make it less underwhelming yet not broken good.

Damage at lowest quality up by 10 points, from 30-40 to 40-50.
Damage at highest quality up by 20 points, from 50-80 to 70-100.

This makes the Spring Bat a cheap and accessible option if you have more confidence than sense, can't get your hands on an Eagle's Cross and really need to punch through plate armour. In other words, exactly the circumstances a rebel army would be in.

Rangers and Toothpicks remain best if your crossbowmen love turning your own frontline into pin cushions.
Oldworld Bows remain best if said pin cushions are well armored and/or you prefer not to have enemies right in your face.
Last but leastest of least, Eagle's Crosses remain best period.. if you can afford them.
