Greys Fragmentier Axe

描述
A small tweak to make Fragment Axes more useable across the game.
It changes no meshes, no other weapons, only Fragment Axe damage numbers.

Due to Kenshi's Blunt Damage Strength Requirements, Fragment Axes are.. unwieldy at best, and mildly suicidal in practice.

While this very much fits their in-game description, it has the unfortunate side effect of pushing many players away from them (myself included), since their requirements at any given stage of progression tend to consistently stay 20-50 STR ahead of your characters.
This forces you to choose between a lower quality Fragment Axe or a horribly slow attack speed, and in both cases using a Plank of similar quality (as in, not lower) is just better.

Changes:
- Blunt damage lowered by ~16% across the board.
- Cut damage Unchanged.
- 0% -> +30% Armor Pen
- x1 -> x3 Bleed Multiplier

Keep in mind that since Fragment Axes deal mostly Blunt damage and most armours have much lower Blunt Resistance, the 30% bonus isn't as impactful as it is for Hackers and Polearms.

The extra Bleed multiplier fits their jagged edge profile and is there to keep intact their ability to make things be dead and stay dead.

Yes, it's more than a vanilla Spiked Club.
Did you know that bleed multiplier apparently only affects the cutting part of a weapon's damage? Once you account for that, a x3 multiplier basically means you do 0.3x3=0.9 bleed per hit, which is the same as most sabres, and that is assuming you had equivalent DEX (which you won't if you train with this weapon).
I made another mod to increase the Spiked Club's multiplier for this very reason, because despite it's description it tends to cause underwhelmingly mediocre bleed.

PLEASE if anyone has more info on how bleed works, I'd be glad to hear it! I'm still wondering if weapon multipliers can affect dismemberment bloodloss in any way, for example.

If all you want is vanilla-friendlyness with less STR requirement, go for this mod instead: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2992470412&searchtext=fragment+axe.
My mod approaches the problem a bit differently, aiming to give Fragment Axes a bit more of a niche personality and keeping their STR requirement in-between that mod's and Vanilla.
