Quiver

描述
Adds two quiver models holding 3x5 = 15 crossbow bolts to the game.
Each quiver model is available for left (canteen), back (knife sheath) or right (holster) placement on the belt.
Between them, there are 23 color/texture variants for the quivers. As these are made from existing dayz textures, a few combinations of position and texture don´t look good.
Bolts are proxied and will show when in the quiver.

The first quiver rmodel (https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/quiver-and-arrows-078aa762143e4c399edcf4529e76340e) is by Finley Searle (https://sketchfab.com/FinleySearle) and under CC-Attribution license.
The second quiver model is from a Medieval Weapon Pack by monochroma308 which used to be on sketchfab, here: https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/medieval-weapon-pack-fc79928a319b4a55b7ff557b6554d1b4
It was under CC-A license.

@crackpot No crafting at the moment. Chemlight @ radio would look weird IMO, but feel free to work with the source files on github: https://github.com/Spaghettieis/Quiver and add those yourself.

Runs just fine on my servers. You can add the mod manually, you know?
Either way, I´ve added a types.xml file to the mod and republished, that should fix the meta.cpp issue.
