描述
The REAL Iron Man experience.

What the Iron Man mutation should've looked like. Realism rules apply. In the campaign, there are no respawns; you will not respawn in the next saferoom. Should your team be eliminated, you must restart the entire campaign. The only method to revive a teammate is by using a defibrillator.

Yes, it's compatible with 8 survivor mods.

I recommend using this mod with yoru's NIGHTMARE collection.

I'd recommend sticking with the vscript version, pretty sure it works more consistently.

might have to teleport the bots away and then kill them off away from the players if they are supposed to be dead or something.

Yeah, bots seem to be entirely unaffected by it.

Disable all your mods and see if the mutation works, if it does then it's a conflicting mod issue. Sometimes the game won't outright say that a mod is having conflicts.

I've checked all of my mods, I don't see any conflicts between them.
Is there a second part or something that I need to install?

...You can still respawn in safe rooms. So, how is this any different from Iron Man?
