@that_one_dude there is already 0 reason NOT to transform your scrap into credits every single time, this mod basically just removes that minor annoyance

I find this kinda makes the game too easy, the credits system anyways lets you carry weight-free money in a way.

Transferring your scrap to and from a Depot will also work.

can confirm is you get rid of all your scrap it will activate for old saves

I had this mod activate on a old save by chance. Seemingly if you go 0 scrap than it swaps memory address and you have weightless scrap. Maybe this is actually a method to activate on old saves or it was just dumb luck

Great mod. Question though, how did you modify the existing data for scrap? I am looking to create a mod to modify some data regarding Rations, and I do not see any indication of how to do so in the modding guide

Ah I see it works only with a new save. That's odd because isn't it just modifying a value to an item? I wonder if there's a way to get it to work with an old save.

I just checked and made a new game and it appears to be working correct for me. Are you trying to add this mod to an old save? Can you provide any further information?
