Meld On Black market

Shamelessly stolen from MrCloista's Corpses on Black Market Mod, this simply adds a chance of meld appearing on the black market.

I am shockingly dumb when it comes to doing this stuff, so I don't even know if this will work for anyone except me. It requires you to already have meld appearing in your game from another mod, such as MrCloista's or Kiruka's meld standalone or Psionics Ex Machina which also adds meld as "inertmeld"

I'm just adding it to the workshop for the 8 or so people that might ask for it.

I've tested it exactly once and it seems to work and not break anything but who knows.
