This mod was created by Padarom. He made majority of the code when I was having issues with creating it.

This mod is to remove the tedious motion of converting every direct vassal's directive individually such as Improve Development or Convert Culture in counties. The game files note that the Boost Men-at-Arms is coded as Train Commanders hence the difference in tooltips.

I made this mod for my own benefit and decided to upload it. I have no intention of updating this mod or changing anything. lol people who post here don't realize that this mechanic is strictly for Administrative governments, which makes them unique. Even if I could, the mechanic literally would not work for any other type of government.

Why is this ONLY for administrative governments??? Why the hell would you not make it available to feudal governments too? Absolutely ridiculous that I would have to form an admin government just to be able to tell ALL of my vassals to do the same thing at the same time rather than clicking each individual one. Major cocktease.
