(...)\Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\208580\
Each folder here is labeled with a series of numbers representing mod IDs. For example, the folder 485537937 corresponds to TSLRCM. If you decide to reinstall TSLRCM from DeadlyStream (which I recommend), you should remove that 485537937 folder entirely first.
Once you've reinstalled, things should be simpler. Workshop mods should start functioning again, and other mods will need to be placed into the Override folder within your main game directory.
Alternatively, you can place the mod’s files into the 485537937 folder, replacing any files if prompted, and that should also work. Your choice.
And archive is just a .rar file itself, that you download :)
I also looked into why you might not see your mods in the Override folder, and found the reason my mod isn’t working for you. When TSLRCM is installed via Steam Workshop, all additional mods should go here:
(...)\Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\208580\485537937\override
This is a new Override folder specific to Workshop version of TSLRCM, and it takes priority over the default one. So, if you install my mod from another source, place the files in that path, and let me know how it goes!
