That's normal, the game is generating a new cache based on the new shaders. You only need to delete it once at a time: Once when installing/enabling, once when uninstalling/disabling, or once when the mod is updated.

each time i delete the cache folder, then start space engine, it comes back, how do i fix this?

Go into your steam folder; then steamapps>common>spaceengine, delete the cache folder.

sorry to ask but when you say delete cache what do you mean (this is the first mod ive installed that requires you to do that)
