Bunker gear (also known as turnout gear, fire kit and incident gear) is the personal protective equipment (PPE) used by firefighters. The term is derived from the fact that the trousers and boots are traditionally kept by the firefighters bunk at the fire station to be readily available for use.


Classic industry-era fire service clothes designed to protect users from fire burns, and other possible harm. Keeping user safety at its finest. It is normally used for the Fire Department in Industry Planet, but with the Fire Truck rimworld can now finally make its own Fire Department or Service itself. Protect people from fire and emergency rescue.

Can these clothes protect from gunshots or melee attacks?
No. Sadly.
Can these clothes protect from fire?
Yes, and no at the same time.
Your colonists will still get hurt from fire, but the clothes can surely protect your colonists with minimum fire damage as much as possible, from the test the fire only would make 3-5 burn wounds, with normal clothes it would stay much longer and more wounds.
So in general yes it can protect colonists from fire, but if you keep letting them get on fire then nothing much the clothes can do.
Why does this mod need RH2 Clothing mod?
Well, this is for future stuff, and mostly is because all my clothes mods are based on RH2 clothing codes. And sorry but it probably can't be changed.

For now, this mod only contains 4 types of items

Will this mod get more items in future?
Maybe, just maybe.
