Pre-outbreak White house, NPCs

This is a clean version of The White house map, this is also populated with some NPCs before the outbreak occured To be activated when you start the game you have to activate the mod in Options, then you can go to the editor through your steam library and while in F2 or F3 hit the Escape key and click on load to load the map.
