Achievement Mod - Billionaire

Created to simplify the achievement "Billionaire"

Part of Wata's Achievement Mod Pack for LBAL

Instructions:
- Start a new game, and select the new Guillotine Manufacturer symbol
- Spin the machine to generate 3 Trillionaire symbols and a Guillotine item
- Disable the Guillotine item and spin the wheel until the Trillionaires generate ~500 Billionaires
- Exit to the main menu and disable this mod, as well as any other active mods
- Continue the game, enable the Guillotine, and spin until all Billionaires are destroyed
