描述
The changes here are so minimal from the first game that you wouldn't have been able to tell the difference in the second!

Hey y'all, this was another one of those back burner mod ideas I had on my hard drive that I just now decided to fix up and release. Think of this as a kinda unofficial sequel to this addon, so go subscribe to that one for the full experience.

This replaces some textures via Ellie's MST System to appear in official L4D1 campaigns as their L4D1 counterparts. More information is listed down below in the discussion post if you want see what was changed.
The required addon isn't actually required, I just recommend it so that the vending machine doesn't have black squares from it's bad UVmap.

NOTE:

This is incompatible with reskins of the props listed in the discussion post. This doesn't really affect most of the props here, but one of the more reskined props within this pack is the Vending Machine. As such, if a reskin of a retextured prop within this pack is installed alongside this addon, it'll appear as pitch black due to conflicts.

Please do NOT redistribute or modify this addon for your own purposes without explicit permission onto the Workshop, GameMaps or any other third-party website.

It's like a small change you can do with GCFScape and the vpk packer in the bin folder.
Don't want to come off as being an ass, but it's real simple once you get down to it, and i'm not the one to care about small details. I only did this because of Rise's addon giving me inspiration to create this lol

@A Simple Pear basically, the mod I was talking about had a feature where the corpse holding the walkie talkie in the dead air finale was restored to the one seen in L4D1, but it was bugged, and instead it was just deleted. and even worse, it effected all the corpses on the other campaigns that use the same model, and as someone who cares way too much about small details, it was a dealbreaker.

honestly, I am a bit selfish in this request, because the props in this addon are ones that my other mods wouldnt conflict with, so it would be perfect, which is why I asked you :D

do you think you could do a non MST version of this? theres another mod that puts l4d1 props into l4d2 campaigns, but it messes up some corpses bad so I dont use it, but a non MST version of this mod would be perfect

@A Simple Pegster yeah I think so too because I had the same issue but with dead air chapter 2. And when I turned off Missing Content Vol. 2 mod I had, it fixed the issue.

@vauiol I believe it is an issue with reskins in general. Since this replaces the default texture for the Vending Machine, it’ll show up as all black since it’s conflicting. It’s not an issue with the MST coordinates either, as it is using the proper ones for NM map 3.
