描述
SHOOT BANG / METAL SLUG music mix. Contains more than 20 tracks of b*tchin' music tracks handpicked and edited by me from all the classic Metal Slug games. Includes all the tracks that were considered to be added in our popular expansion pack SHOOT BANG 2, including a lot of unused tracks that didn't make it in the final release.

Intended to make you feel like Chad Chinlong even when you're not playing SHOOT BANG 2.

This mix works differently than other Action Music mixes and cannot be used properly by just subscribing to it, please read the instructions below on how to set it up properly.



HOW TO SET UP THIS MIX:
This Action Music Mix includes only "Battle" tracks! Since this mix is intended for fast-paced experiences, it needs to be playing at all times without any cooldown.

In order to use these tracks correctly, after you subscribe to this addon MAKE SURE to change some of Action Music's default console commands to this:

  • cl_am_enabled_battle 1 - NECESSARY.

  • cl_am_fadetime_mult 0.25 - Smoother transitions when dynamic music changes.

  • cl_am_force_type 2 - Forces only Battle tracks to play.

Once you apply these console commands, you're pretty much done. As long as Action Music is enabled, it will always be playing SHOOT BANG / METAL SLUG tracks.



Features:
  • 27 SHOOT BANG / METAL SLUG tracks handpicked and edited by me.

  • The music tracks come from Metal Slug games, from METAL SLUG: Super Vehicle-101 all the way to METAL SLUG 7. Certain tracks were also part of SHOOT BANG 2, while others were cut from the final release but are still included here.

  • ALL of the music tracks have had their volume levels rebalanced so their volume is roughly the same and not some louder and some quieter.

  • This mix is compatible with my other Action Music mixes as those don't have "Battle" tracks, EXCEPT for Action Music: Arcade Mix. Just make sure to enable the proper configurations depending on which mix you want to use.



Limitations:
  • You can't use this mix as a traditional Action Music mix. If you instead want to use it like that, you'll need to download this addon's music files manually and edit them to suit your preferences.

  • You CAN'T use this mix with other mixes from other people installed as this one works differently from the rest.

  • You CAN'T use this mix with Action Music: Arcade Mix.

  • This mix works best and was intended to be used when playing through fast-paced maps or experiences.
