[TF2] Random Critical Hits

Hey you! Yes, you!
Have you ever wanted a mod that allowed RNG to be the deciding factor of whether or not you win against your opponent?

...no?

Well, that's too bad!

This mod adds in the infamous random critical hit system from Team Fortress 2 and applies it to every single weapon you have installed! With help from the official wiki, this mod has been designed to be as accurate as possible when it comes to critical hits! And now, you can randomly one-shot instakill your friends in battle! Even better, this mod will also detect melee damage and adjust crit chance accordingly, so you can have the experience of running into your opponent and randomly instakilling them!
Want to turn off critical hits? Set the tf_crit_mode_all ConVar to 0! Want every shot to be a critical hit? Set the tf_crit_mode_all ConVar to 2!
You can also adjust critical hit chance for ranged and melee weapons individually with tf_crit_chance_ranged and tf_crit_chance_melee!

(note: this mod does NOT affect the weapons from the "Accurate TF2 SWEPs" mod, nor the "Saxton Hale's Fists" mod. that's because they have a crit system built in to them. use the ConVars there to mess around with their critical hits!)
