HIMS Cardinal Authority

Seeing the need for a scout ship that would be able to travel long distances, find enemies and destroy smaller ships, the Pydrickian navy designed the HIMS Cardinal Authority. Being armed with armed with eight 7" guns, quad torpedo launchers and some light AA, the HIMS Cardinal Authority is a powerful ship for it's size and role, as it is not much larger than a destroyer.
The placement of the main guns means that, at any point, a maximum of five guns can be trained on target. Though this may seem like a problem, it's main targets, being small ships, destroyers and other light cruisers, are lightly armored and therefore are quickly dispatched. The only thing lacking is the AA. Only having a few machineguns, it is vunrable to air attacks.
