СМЗ С-3Д — This is a two-seater motorized wheelchair, which was intended for people with disabilities.
Usually these cars were given out free of charge to citizens recognized as disabled, but it was often possible to meet quite healthy drivers at the wheel, for example, relatives of people with disabilities.
