Sometimes known as the "Rock and Roll President" for his kinship with stars like Elvis Presley and Willie Nelson, he's more renowned for his post-presidency and lifetime of efforts to better the world and help those in need than for any of his actions in-office. A man whose dignity and strength of character just made him too damn good to be President for more than 1 term in the real world, he can now preside over the American Empire for 6000 years within your games of Civ.

America - Jimmy Carter

New Soul of America: Whenever a Peace Treaty is signed between 2 players whom America is already at Peace with, America gains a lump sum of Faith and Science, increased per Trade Route America has to either player. While all Trade Route slots are filled, Faith buildings provide +1 Local Happiness.

Delta Force: Unique Bazooka for Jimmy Carter's America. May Paradrop up to 8 tiles away, and can move after attacking, unlike the unit it replaces. While at full health, the Delta Force may enter enemy territory without Open Borders, and when wounded, gains double XP from combat.

Humanitarian Nonprofit: Unique Workshop for Jimmy Carter's America. Costs no Gold maintenance and provides +1 Faith and +1 Science on top of the normal Workshop's Production bonuses. Provides an additional +1 Faith and +1 Science if this city has an outgoing International Trade Route, and another +1 Faith and +1 Science if sending or receiving an Internal Trade Route.

Includes mod support for YnAEMP, Historical Religions (Complete + Protestant Denominations), Cultural Diversity, and JFDLC.
