This mod allows you to set what percentage of the population should be at a given level of education (while also updating its age to make it more realistic). You can also activate background updates of this status. Very helpful with universities if u have problem with reaching 5-stars and your city is missing that part of perfection. May have huge side effects so it is not recommended for "survival" (no infinity money and sandbox) approach.

I've made this as afternoon project and saving is not working, so you have to set theese values each time, sorry :(
