Reduced Diplomacy in Collapse

Why I made this mod:
When the civilisation enters collapse, the effects were quite abstracted. It din't feel like it had an impact on my gameplay - just effect bundles impacting efficiencies.

So with this mod, I tried to make the collapse impact the options a faction has.

Rationale:
When times are desperate, trust breaks down. Fear of the 'Other' increases as groups of people begin to prioritise their own before others.

In the Bronze Age Collapse, I would imagine the same happening. New treaties of co-operation are not sought after, while treaties of old are eroded by circumstance.

How this mod works:
Very simple. At the start of the round (basically just before start of players turn) the game will check what state civilisation is in.

If it's in collapse, it will disable some diplomacy for ALL factions, if not, it will re-enable them.

What diplomacy is effected?

• Single Barters
  
• Barter Agreements
  
• Military Alliances
  
• Defensive Alliances
  
• Non Aggression Pacts
  
• Military Access Pacts

Note: This will not break any current treaties, only stop you from renewing them or creating new ones.
