Is there anything to take that can ease the withdrawal system, like methodone would be used?

can drugs not just spawn randomly?? i have not been able to find any of them and the crafting of them is realistic but to get some of those items would take awhile, why cant i be a homeless bum looking for a score

Finally have a release date everybody!


Will be releasing b42 on October 30th, 2025!
Sorry the delay, but this update will be worth it!, get ready to see this mod become a MUST-Have in every Zomboid Gameplay!

Some cool features it will have:
* We3d
* Visual Minigames (like for rolling a blunt, packing, etc, this feature will be similar to THIS MOD
* Every bug on b41 fixed
* Support for b41 multiplayer servers
* Support for server owners/developers to make it easy to implement on their already running servers
* Visual hallucinations

I can't seem to take the percocet as well as some other pill based medications even once taken out of the bottle.

There is an error that appears when I tried to use the mod. I've tried on multiplayer and single player and the mod isn't working. I've played with other mods and all the other mods work but this one for some reason. Even when I isolate the mod and only try to play with it itself, there is still an error. I am new to the game so maybe I'm not doing something I need to in order for it to work. I am playing on Mac and am trying to play on 41.78.7. :steamfacepalm:

i just got this mod but i can't seem to figure out how to take the ibuprofen i spawn with. i only have an option to favorite or drop the item. i may be dumb but is there anything special i need to do before i can take it or is it a bug?
