Left 4 Mario Automation

Allow bots to complete Left 4 Mario.

Notes:
Bots won't leave the starting area of map 1 on their own if there are no humans on the team, type bots lead in the chat to make them move
The blocks with weapons and medkits on map 1 will automatically break when someone leaves the safe area
Removed the piranha plants blocking the ladder on map 1 (Bots still have issues climbing down the ladder, but at least now they won't die trying)
Removed trigger_hurt on map 2 generator
Restored missing navblockers on map 3 so bots will be a little less likely to jump to their deaths from the moving platforms
