If a mod don't work:
try start new game
try put the mod at the bottom of the list
try disable other mods

The mod does not work with any mod that modifies files:

After the manor reaches the highest level, there are still five building slots that have not been unlocked. Is there a bug?

I tested this mod with AGOT Conversion to see if there are any problems, especially in Free City States with Administration rules, but it works fine. However, I don't recommend it with AGOT+.
