Reinforce Claim

描述
REINFORCE CLAIM
This mods adds a decision that can be taken by prestigious characters which grants you pressed claims on all your current claims, effectively transforming your unpressed/weak claims into pressed claims. The decision costs 200 gold and 1000 prestige. It is never taken by the AI.

I mainly created this mod so an adventuring family could keep their claim alive to press generations later, reclaiming their ancestral homeland after decades or centuries. I'm sure others can find a variety of useful situations where they want to turn an unpressed claim into a pressed claim.

### FAQ ###
- Is this mod multiplayer compatible?
Yes.

- Is this mod compatible with mod X, Y, and Z?
Should be compatible with nearly any mod. All I've done is add one decision.

- Can I add this mod mid-game?
Yes, this is fully savegame compatible.

- Do the AI use this decision?
No.

- Other question?
Ask below :) I should respond within a reasonable amount of time.

AI should be able to do it, yeah. Pretty much agree with Ziza's recommendations, except I don't think it should have an Exalted requirement. Historically, it would be somebody like an ambitious grandchild or nephew, maybe another generation on, a child of a bastard, etc. without much else to really set them apart, that would try to press a claim like that. Charisma, family connections, some investment, and you've got a potential uprising or invasion (with their foreign supporters looking to somehow claim the land themselves). If the prestige required is a high enough number, that should make it rare enough.

Maybe instead, make the requirements scale so that it costs more prestige the higher rank the character is, but prohibitively more gold the lower rank they are.

AI should use it otherwise it's just a cheat mod ;_;

@kathith1234 I understand it might bring some certain problems in regards to balance.

Therefore I would go along with you on that maybe only certain characters with certain traits such as ambitious/greedy/brave/strong/quick/genius etc would be able to reinforce their claims. OR if they're strong enough, say that they could match said titles army forces or with the help of allies etc.

Also as you say, it should be a prestige lock so not every tom dick and harry can do it. Maybe exalted among men?

I'd be up to make it so AI can do it too :)

What do you all think would be the best way for AI to take it? Should ambitious characters do it? Only those with a certain rank/prestige? Or just any time they can do it?

Oh how I've been looking for this kinda mod! Thanks!

Would be sick if the AI also could do this, so we would have more wars and drama over the years in our playthroughs.

Can you have an option that makes AI do it and even cheaper? If possible only against human player too as an extra option.

I always look for more ways to make the AI stay a threat, but I do like the idea of rivarlies over generations forming, even if it is between AI powers.

I usually use Advanced cheat menu to do something like this (give my family a claim on an ancestral homeland that was taken from them) but sooo much better now that there is a decision each ruler has to take to keep the claim on their homeland, awesome idea :)

This would actually be sick of paradox to add to one of the Dynasty Legacies as a once per lifetime choice. Great mod idea, never even though about something like this till now
