Elf Destiny Elven Supremacy

A submod centered around fleshing out a bit of the starting elven cultures, by giving them either Open Hearted or Elven Superiority There are 4 game rules to choose, one that applies Elven Superiority to all of the elf cultures, another for Open Hearted and one to randomize which culture gets which.

The fourth rule is a rule that leaves everything as designed by the Elf destiny mod maker, so you won't need to take out the mod if you wish to not play with it. The Elven Superiority tradition has gotten a buff due to its weaker nature compared to open hearted on game mechanics.

This submod is best used with Robmart's Elven Superiority 2.0 mod (should be below it on your load order) as it has good synergy with its functionalities.

Also, the restriction for Aeluran Sisters has been lifted from belonging exclusively to the Aeluran Order faith, as such, you can reform your religion and add it as well.
