minor changes to the borders based entierly on my own personal tastes.

this mod features:

- squished borders making them less thick.

- changes to the selected county outline.

- replacing the barony border dots with dashes.

- changing the war goal border from blue to yellow, making them stand out more cleary.

UNFORTUNATELY: unless I remap the actual borders, there will be a lot of borders that look janky, which is just part of them being mapped very messily in the game, such as the lakes in Anatolia.

FAQ:

is this compatible? - I think so? it doesn't change any major files, so should only be incompatible with mods that make changes to the border files.
is this achievement safe? - yes, as well most mods are with current updates.
can I load this mid-campaign? - yes, it does not result in any issues as of current testing.
