Rocket Resistance - AaW (Mod Adjuster)

A simple ModAdjuster change to remove the -85% explosive resistance penalty to the Reinforced Armor blocks added by Ares at War. Because vanilla heavy armor doesn't get shredded by rockets, so I don't think modded heavy armor should either.

Note: This REQUIRES AaW Part 3, but should work with or without IO. As those are conflicting downloads, I have not listed them as a dependency for this mod. But it should be obvious that you need Ares at War for this to do anything.
