Maxwell "Hurricane" Handman

Handman is an elite mercenary of Pyro Arms Co. just like the first and second members of The Storm, but unlike them, he wasn't an skilled combatant, but was rather in the wrong place and time. He obtained his rank and his frame during the civil war of 2068 in which he was drafted to fight in, later an enemy walker kicked him with enough force to damage the spinal cord, leaving him paralized on the legs (i wasn't really able to effectively recreate this in ppg), forcing him to accept an offer to be a test subject for cyberware and other technologies in order to pay the surgeries to recover the movement of his legs. He was given a prototype for an spider mech and was incorporated into The Storm to further test the efficiency of the mech.
