KF-NieYey

Hello everyone !

I've been working for a few years on this map, there are still things to test so I decided to release a beta version, but the map is supposed to be fully playable.
It would be amazing if I could get some feedbacks from you ~

KF-Nieyey is mostly inspired by Dark souls and some other games, it may looks a bit empty but I focused more on the map mechanics.

I had to split the map because of optimization issues :

• This mode have a bell system : The bell will toll between 4 to 8 minutes.
  Depending on how many tolls you'll hear, different things will happen. ( See the guide )
  
• You can unlock an alternative boss final wave if you press the correct sign in the sacrifice room. ( Not sure to keep this bell system and sacrifice though.. )

• Quite classical with sometimes AoE to avoid from Solaire Knight statues.
  
• There is a final boss who gonna cast some spells on the area. ( Same boss as the survival optional one )

• There is a chance to be teleported to a minigame area before each wave.
  
• Win a minigame will give you a bonus and lose one will give you a malus for the current wave.
  
• Difficulty will increase every 5 waves ( +1 Floor )

- This mode is available on the second map : 'KF-NieYey_Arena'
- Players will fight in small arenas with mechanics and AoE.
- Only 4 Arenas are available so far but more incoming .. ! ( Ideally 10/11 Arenas in total to cover every waves )
- After the 4th, you'll be back to the 1st one in harder difficulty ( More damage, faster AoE and new patterns )
- In Endless mode, you'll do like this : 1st Normal, 2nd Normal, 3th Normal, 4th Normal, 1st Hard, 2nd Hard 3th Hard, 4th Hard, 1st Normal ...etc... )
- In Survival/Weekly mode it's the same until you reach the boss randomly set in Arena 2, 3 or 4.

You'll find a music file called KF-Grand_Cathedral_Music.upk. If you want to use it then you have to mute the in-game music.
If you don't want it, copy paste the map folder + localshader file in published folder and unsubscribe my steam page.

Music are mostly from Dark Souls/Bloodborne for fights and various famous games for minigame mode.


You'll also find a Localshadercache file which is very important to see the AoE on the ground.
Both files will be downloaded when you subscribe.

You can try the map on these servers :

KF-NieYey_Trial/Arena - Endless mode ( Mini game ) : 5.101.165.123:64800 ( Location: Frankfurt )
KF-NieYey_Trial/Arena - Objective mode : 134.255.212.229:13600 ( Location: Frankfurt )

Both servers are visible in the servers list but I couldn't keep them up for too long so feel free to host the map by yourself /o\ ~

PS. Don't open the Kismet if you have Symmetry OCD.
