Lumonox are versions of alan becker's shadow monsters from "lumin" that adapted to the extinction of humans. Luminox did not have much time to adapt as humans were being killed fast so there are many unwanted mutations causing luminox to nearly go extinct. Luminox spawn in the shadows of the cave map while no one is around and just like alan becker's shadow monsters luminox die when exposed to light. While luminox do consume other creatures luminox can live without them. When luminox consume other creatures those creatures become shadows too allowing the luminox to split in two and reproduce. Some luminox hoard the creatures and their limbs and decide not to reproduce.
