This addon is not the original! I made this when the original addon was closed, but I'll leave it here for those who like this version.

OMG the combines are now replaced by the payday2 law enforcement!

List of replacements

  • Metropolice
  • Combine Soldier
  • APC
  • Barney

Highly Recommended Addon
PAYDAY Combine VO Replacement 2 : Replaces the Combine's sounds with Payday 2 law enforcement voices.

Changes
Combine Soldier: Blue SWAT
Metropolice: cop
Nova Prospekt Guard: Security Guard
Elite Soldier: FBI SWAT

If they are have a shotgun, their equipment will be changed to shotgun equipment. (Only Elite, Combine Soldier)

I don't think these models have headshot hitboxes. Using any mod that gives some sort of feedback on headshot won't do anything.

after the update corpses now change bodygroups randomly, before the update it was fine (i have keep corpses on)
