Quickly thrown together addon. Expect bugs.

Acts like a camera that flashes and plays a sound, but does not take a screenshot. Primary fire to have the flash show for everyone, including you. Secondary fire to flash everyone else but you.

No zoom, as there is no need for it.
Used to solve the age-old problem of "How do I make it look like I'm taking pictures without *actually* taking pictures?"
