WHI - Jock Floor Welder

The "JOCK" is a basic truck for welding floors. It comes with two welders and one large container for materials. It is assisted by the AutoLCD2 script to display information about current cargo inside the cockpit and on a display mounted on the back. For resupply it is equipped with both a rear mounted connector and a bottom mounted connector.
Like with most WHI vehicles it uses Event Controllers for recharging the truck and turn off non-essential systems when docked. For Engineer safety, welder are set to turn off when exiting the vehicle to reduce the risk of workplace accidents.

The truck is small enough to fit through Hangar Gates but it will be a tight squeeze and require the the suspension to be lowered to -3 or -5. It can also handle the incline of basic 2x1 slopes but may require increasing power to the wheels when carrying heaver loads.
