Anbennar - Blue Kheionai

This is a terribly made half arsed mod that I made basically for my own use.
It will make kheionai cultured units have blue skin.

It is not good, it's not well made, I don't recommend using it unless you want to play as a kheionai nation and it bothers you that they're not actually blue...

but it works and they're blue so install it if you want?

Requires Purple phoenix unit pack
