Blue Baby

This mod adds the "blue baby" (or ???) character from The Binding of Isaac game

• Missile - Poo Cupcake (Increases health regen)
  
• Missile - Blue Flame (Deals 3 x Blue Burn damage on hit. Adds 1 Blue Burn to enemy)
  
• Missile - Blue Fly (Deals 2 x Attack damage)
  
• Missile - Mom's Knife (Deals 5 x Attack damage)
  
• Perk - (Common) Poo Cupcake (Adds 1 poo cupcake)
  
• Perk - (Rare) Poo Party (Adds 3 poo cupcakes to magazine)
  
• Perk - (Rare) Infestation (10% chance to launch 3 blue flies on hit)
  
• Perk - (Epic) Poo Cake (Increases poo cupcake health regen)
  
• Relic - (Epic) Back Heart (Deal 400 damage for every 600 damage taken)
  
• Relic - (Legendary) Soy Milk (Increases attack speed by 300% but reduces strength and energy regen by 90%, applies to buffs received after picking up the relic as well)
  
• Relic - (Permanent) Poo poison (applies 1 poison on poo hit)
  
• Relic - (Permanent) Urn of Souls (Gain 1 temporary blue flame stack after every wave)
  
• Rellic - (Permanent) Trininty Shield (Gain 25 block and 50% thorn block)
  
• Relic - (Permanent) Mom's Knife (Get 1 mom's knife missile)
  
• Choice Event - Devil Room (pay max health to gain cool relics)
  
• Choice Event - Angel Room (gain cool relics for free!)

I rely on feedback to properly balance this mod. There are still hundreds of cool things I'll implement, but I'll start working on a more generic The Binding of Isaac mod instead of focusing only on Blue Baby
