Manticore Snub Fighter

"Serving as a cheap, lightweight, and compact fighter unit the Manticore Snub Fighter was the primary fighter for most RBN fleets. Being very compact it could easily be carried by even corvette sized vessels unlike its larger brethren which needed large hangar decks to accommodate them. While not particularly impressive compared to such legendary fighters as the SDF F-6 Sturgeon the Manticore still performed well, its small size and large thrusters made it rather agile boosting its dog-fighting abilities."
