More prompt templates

Prompt templates for use with local models (that do not use Alpaca). The model page on HuggingFace (or the like) should indicate what template to use, or you might tell from the name or architecture. Currently adds support for Metharme and Mistral-Tekken (some others were added to the base game since this mod came out). If this doesn't mean anything to you or you're using online services, ignore this mod. Using it when you don't need it is as bad as not having it when you do.
