Thank you, I added Chinese version to Submod list. We use state transfer tool a lot in multiplayer games and currently not planning to remove.

Yes, you need to go to colonization focus then click decisions and on the map you can see the colonization icons on the inhabited territories.

Really fun mod. I love being able to stop the Ottomans as the Byzantines.
