New Vanilla Vehicles

Changes
- Unique vehicles from different maps can be found on all maps
- Reworked default vehicle spawn colors (66% chance black/gray/white; 33% chance red/green/blue/yellow/orange/purple)
- Increased spawn of two-wheeled vehicles
- Bicycle: cannot be locked
- Military Offroader, Toiler, Ural, Explorer: does not take damage from light weapons
- Ghost: increased health (650 => 1000)
- Makeshift Vehicle: increased health (350 / 400 / 600 => 500 / 700 / 1000); does not take damage from light weapons; changed craft (- Tape; - Metal Bar; + Socketwrench; Metal Sheet x2 / x3 /x4 => x4 / x8 / x12; Crafting II / III / III => III; Type: Barricade => Tool); can be recycled
- Rainbow Hatchback does not explode on impact
- Bullets do not break wheels
