Please exclude earthling settlements from the requirement

It works as it should work. Also with RT.

of couse u can always at startup find good allies sponors that will likey boost ur chances of wining againt stronger sponsers in the purity path. along with test runs if ye have the time, and take notes.

of course a balanced way to fix of wining the Purity is the cheat the AI function. use of the in game editor mod. by means geting ahead of em. no differ then using cheats on consoles games. or u can disable the mod, or find differ mod to change that options.

Not to be mean, but I'm going to burst your bubble. The Promised Land (Purity) victory makes it so that the earthling settlements are treated as cities for settling purposes. Although this mod makes the AI function better at building colonies, it also makes it substantially harder to win the Purity victory. I'm not sure of a balanced way to fix this, but it is an issue the mod creates

Nice. Finally a way to get the AI to build somewhat decent colonies.
Of course it does mean thier defensiv strenght drops and they are more likely to get in conflicts over territory now...

There's a mod that does the same thing for Civ 5 as well.
