I realized that unfortunately my mod currently does not work. For the Cyborg Auto-Modding trait to work, the species must be Cyborg, and your Empire should have the "can_add_cybernetic_traits" modifier that you normally obtain with the Tradition Perk.
So until I find a way around it, you should not use it.
Sorry for my mistake.

Description
A very simple mod I created initially for personal use.

With this mod, when choosing the Augmentation Bazaars Civic, your main species will have the Universal Augmentations (Cyborg Auto-Modding) trait, instead of a randomized one.

To compensate, the Augmentation Bazaar building will have "+2 Automodding" from the start, without the need for the Augmentation Overload tradition perk.

I also took the time to change the tooltip for every supported language.

Could you add the Limited Cybernetic trait instead?

The one which Spiritualist pops can be given in the situation.

It's not nearly as strong as Universal Augmentations, but it's much better than a random basic cyborg trait.

Hey man I figured out a workaround. It's inelegant but it does get the job done and from a practical perspective doesn't really hamper balance. If you change the conditions for "species potential add" on the cybernetic traits in the automodding pool from only being "can add cybernetic traits" to an OR condition for both "can add cybernetic traits" and "has civic = augmentation bazaars" empires that use the bazaars civic will actually have access to all of the applicable cyborg traits from the start of the game.

Obviously this isn't perfect but it does get the job done. If you are interested in discussing further and would like the fixed version of the cyborg traits doc I made shoot me a friend request.

Hi this did work in my games so Idk why it wasn't for you or others? I have a mod that gave unlimited traits to the species so maybe that was what allowed this to work? Started a bazaar game recently and found your mod.

I think one alternative is to make auto-modding cheaper (1 point instead of 2) after completing cybernetic ascension. Using a OR with all three possible country flags from the bazaar civic seems working.
