Mark Nine Nerf

Mark Nine Nine gets an overhaul to be less painful to fight.

Wound Up is now a resource the boss must spend to use attacks, and no longer buffs damage directly, instead gaining a small amount of Adrenaline relative to its Wound Up supply.

Boss no longer regenerates HP upon using their taunt move, and gains more defense, in exchange to receiving a status called Fragile that increases their incoming damage.
