Read the description and describe what are you trying to do
Make sure you are using the regular Skyrim launcher.
Do you have any guard mods installed?
How consistent the problem is?
Can you reproduce it when you enter and exit the building?

Please, make sure that you have less than 255 active mods (it's the max allowed plugins that you can run).

And how exactly did you come to that conclusion?
Does the game crash after the Bethesda logo?
If so, search and download LOOT.
Does the problem go away when you uninstall the mod?
