Way to go, superstar.

If you're on WOTC, you can use the Glamrock Freddy Squadmate to complete the look.

FEATURES:
  • 122 radio filtered voice lines.
  • Adjustable volume via config file.
  • Support for all WOTC classes and SPARKs.
  • Will not randomly appear on soldiers or civilians.
  • Vanilla support due to being built with the Vanilla mod tools.
  • Additional voiced actions if you use Voice Patcher (WOTC only).

You might be wondering why his radio filter sounds nothing like the vanilla game voices, or even other VPs on the workshop.

A lot of his voice lines have that Fazwatch walkie-talkie filter baked into them, lines that i very much needed to make this pack at all, so i tried my best to mimic that effect in Audacity with a high-pass filter at 3000Hz w/ 12dB rolloff and then a low-pass filter at 4000Hz w/ 12dB rolloff. This isn't 1:1 with the original effect, but it's close enough that it shouldn't really matter.

Having 122 lines means he's relatively light on the number of voiced actions he has, but the actions he DOES cover he covers fairly well, having usually between 4 - 7 lines for a given action, give or take 1.

He has a good amount of healing lines and has a full suite of hacking lines (attempting/failing/succeeding), making him fill support roles very nicely. It also fits his motif as a loving father figure to gregory his teammates.

He doesn't namedrop himself or anyone else, but he does sometimes reference things, places, or concepts from FNAFSB.

To adjust the volume, access the mod's Config folder and open the volume config file, it'll be the one ending with "_Vol".

You can do this easily with the Alternative Mod Launcher [github.com] by clicking the mod's Config tab at the bottom of the AML window and selecting the file from the .ini drop down list.

Then just change the volume multiplier number based on your preference, i have the default value i've assigned noted just under the multiplier setting for reference.

Yes, it's easy. But thing is, it already IS set to False, i just subbed to it now to check. Seems the default launcher doesn't actually care if that value is set to False or not, it's probably checking a few other things as well.

Considering the default launcher is Garbage Supreme for several other reasons, not just for using Vanilla mods in WOTC, you should use the AML from here on out. Especially since i'm not gonna sit here and take every one of my Vanilla-built VPs and re-build them for WOTC just for the very specific group of people who're still using the default launcher for w/e reason.

Never implied you were lying about the "[Vanilla/WOTC]" thing, I'm fully on the side that it's was probably the launcher's fault.

That being said. I'm... Not sure what most of that means. I wasn't aware there's an "Alternate" launcher. So, Is it easy to simply, Switch the XPack... thing and update the mod?

Just for the record, I have 0 experience with any sort of modding or coding, Hence why I don't want to try and poke around the code.

And, Once again: Don't want to sound like a jerk or entitled, But a handful of the voice mods have the same problem: The Mute "Voice" and Your Payday 2 pack are the ones that had the same problem, Or at least, Those were the ones I was using that had the same problem.

That's because you're not using the Alternate Mod Launcher. All the vanilla launchers will yell at you for trying to use any mod built with the vanilla tools in WOTC, even if said mod works 100% fine across both versions.

Literally all it's doing is checking a single line in the .XComMod file to see if RequiresXPACK equals True , and if so, throws a fit about it until it's turned off. All a modmaker needs to do is set that line to False in the finished build of their mod before uploading to prevent that from happening, i suppose i forgot to do that here.

I wouldn't put "[Vanilla/WOTC]" in the title if it didn't actually work with both versions.

Hate to be a bother, But is there a way that you could make a "Ported" version for WotC? On the mod menu it says it Non-WotC exclusive.
A handful of your mods have this issue, And I typically stay away from modifying the code myself. Making a decent number of your voice mods locked to Non-WotC.
Again, Hate to sound entitled, But I'd really appreciate it.
