• Ash-Steel adds over 150 changes to the game, ranging from new research to a brand new ore only found in the Ashlands. Adds new heavy weapons with a new models, town, ancient labs, and even new lore that fits into the world without making big changes to the already existing story.
  
  
• Ash-Steel is the main focus of the mod, adding brand new endgame gear for your super fighters to wear into battle with whatever nation you decide to destroy. Ash steel can also be used to make close replicas of Meitou weapons, but the real deal will always be better, because your smith isn't cross. Ash-Steel is only found in the Ashlands in small pockets of ore, so mining expeditions will have to be heavily armored. Thankfully, Ash-Steel is a light material, so you can carry more of it out of the Ashlands before you become encumbered
  
  
• New crops to farm, as well as new drugs that are incredibly profitable, but very illegal and are even banned in cities that allow hashish. Every major city will now have a drug den you can sell your illegal goods to. Dont like illegal smugglers in your nice town? kill them or give them to the proper authorities to get rid of their smugglers den from that town
  
  
• Looking for something to use those AI cores on? This mod adds 3 new research tiers, up to tier 9. New research however requires new research material. Advanced research will need advanced AI cores, as well as even older ancient research books, dating back to the start of the second empire! However, research that old is hard to find, and will be locked inside extra dangerous labs in the area surrounding the ashlands.
  
  
• A crazy new skeleton recruit named Scrap is running around Mourn causing trouble. Maybe you could take him with you? Whether or not you decide to turn him into some iron plates or use him as a farming bot is up to you!
  
  
• Reworked industrial system. Tired of placing hundreds of windmills everywhere? Burn some coal! Adds new coal burners and iron plate variants required for certain buildings.
  
  
• New crafting for crossbows and backpacks. No more trips to the store to buy backpacks for your work slaves, you can make them craft it themselves!
  
  
• New ranged and melee weapons. The Razer is a heavy class sharp blade that can cleave people in half in the right hands. New crossbows as well, such as the upgraded eagle and old world bow. If you're really lucky, you might find the old world bowgun, a rapid fire bowgun that can fire multiple shots before needing to be reloaded, at good accuracy and distance.
  
  
• New refineries and drills, so don't install a drill anywhere mod! Adds a copper drill and coal drill, as well as a deep drill that can be used to mine iron, stone, copper, and even water, anywhere in the world. It will work at a slower efficiency than a regular drill however, so still try to find those ore hot spots.
  
  
• Upgraded Ashland bosses. Ash-steel was originally discovered by Cat-lons scientists, so of course he has his top-dog subordinates wearing Ash-steel armor. Cat-lon is the only one however wearing pristine master grade armor, as when this ore was first discovered the smiting process was incredibly difficult before it was researched more.

Personal notes/credits

Im putting development of big features on hold for a while. The drug update will be the last major update for this mod for a while unless it blows up suddenly. I will still be fixing any bugs, and if its requested I'll also make patches for other popular mods to work with this one.
