Fedi's FannyPack Mod V2

Hi!

First of all I would like to thank Wayne (from the Zomboid project FR on discord) who was a great help to me in making my 3D models work.
I also thank the creator of the "ChildishCape" mode: MalikChildish who thanks to his youtube video was able to remotivate me and from whom I borrowed the code for adding a trait when a particular item of clothing is worn.

This mode is a more accomplished and clean remake of my mode on fanny packs.
In this version, fanny packs will be lootable on zombies and in certain places on the map unlike the previous version.
Only 5 recipes remain: those of improvised pouches.
Another mode is under development and will focus on crafting, especially for those who like to play games in the middle of nature with few accessible loots.
