Based Lootable Propane Tiles

Boy I tell you h-waut. Dang ol propane tiles mang.

Yeah so you know those really annoying map tiles that look like propane tanks but aren't actually interactable? This mod fixes that, and makes them loot-able. Relevant on Raven Creek for example, and parts of LV.

It functions almost identically to looting propane from BBQ tiles. Right clicking propane bottle map tiles allows the user to unbolt the propane from the floor, turning it into a world item and removing the old tile. Works in multiplayer and single player.
