The playlist probably had some bug happen, try the following it might help.
- Unsubscribe from the wallpaper
- Close wallpaper engine and wait 10-20 seconds for steam to uninstall the wallpaper (It doesn't uninstall if wallpaper engine stays open) .
- Check if it removed it completely now that it is uninstalled.

If the issue isn't resolved its best to make a post on https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/app/431960/discussions/ for developers to see, this is a playlist related issue.

i cant change to the other wallpapers on my playlist and even if i deleted this it still changes it to this
