Finally make sure you points have spawn points set for them Ill send Starstrafe's guide for this. This makes fighting on flags far more enjoyable as you are not overwhelmed whenever bots respawn.
First the map as a whole is very open adding some more rolling dunes would help or other large rocks.
Second the town is small but has three flags on it. Moving two of those points and creating new areas instead would make for better overall game play because the battle would be spread out around the map instead of only on the town area.
Third all of your vehicles are on the starting points moving them around to the other areas makes the battle more interesting as teams will have distinct advantages depending on what vehicles they can access.
Fourth your points outside of the town also lack cover adding something to them such as crates or buildings would go a long way to improve them.
