NOTE:
This mod is only for the US Reformers path. You need to complete the Department of Education focus to unlock the option to restore the universities. You need to wait 10-15 days after completing the Department of Education focus to be able to get the event to access the restorations. Other thing to keep note of, much of the events are purely cosmetic besides the Nevada and Utah universities that give research slots/ideas. This mod shouldn't conflict with any other mods, but report bugs to me if you have any issues.

I would posit it adds Research Speed through a dynamic modifier and you can up the speed in a decision matrix at the cost of caps income and political power.
